DISPATCH DATE:

Henna cones will only be posted on the dispatch date. This date can be found on instagram and on my website. In order for your order to be processed on time, you must place your order 2 days before the dispatch date or else it will be dispatched on the following weeks dispatch and you will not be refunded. 

DELIVERY:

Please note that refunds can NOT be made if there is a delay or package is not delivered as this is beyond my control. This must be taken up with Royal Mail.

I ship out using the Tracked 24 Royal Mail delivery Service - not guaranteed (aims to deliver next working day)

If you would like Guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm, please message me on instagram @hennabysireen with your name and order number and you can make the remaining payment (£5)

REFUNDS AND RETURNS:

Please note that i do not offer refundsor accept returns. Before placing your order, please consider the dispatch date, as refunds will not be issued once the order is confirmed. Each batch is tested before being shipped, therefore i cannot be held responsible for any changes in the consistency caused by delays in delivery, exposure to warmer conditions, or failure to follow storage instuctions.
